Placed my order in December, we are now in February yet they are refusing to refund me insisting l wait for it even after informing them l nolonger need the products.

The size of the clothing isn't very great, I'm 178cm and 74kg and size m seems just a little to big, the quality for the price could be improved in the hood section aswell other than that my partner was very happy with what I bought her

If l could give this company half a star l would. Placed my order on the 29th December today is the 3rd of February still nothing. Yet they are refusing to refund my money, insisting l wait on the order l placed ages ago even if though they clearly couldn’t deliver the items on the stipulated time 7-11 days. How is it my problem that you are having a problem with the shipping company, I nolonger want the items that are not even shipped yet. Yet they are refusing to refund me. Horrible horrible, absolutely do not recommend.

The clothing is just amazing - first time ordering and i’m over the moon with what i got. I paid £1.99 for next day delivery (which is so cheap, amazing!) I offered at 9:30pm on a Friday night and my clothes were delivered by 9:30am the following Saturday morning!!! Such fast delivery

In December I’ve placed an order, but the package just did not arrive. Contacted the customer service and they reacted great! Responded to my emails right away. Most importantly, my package is finally delivered. Thanks!

Requested an exchange which has still not been processed two weeks after the return item was received at their end which I have proof for. Exchange policy states 10 working days which it has been but still no acknowledgement. Very disappointing. I now have one piece of a set but no matching leggings!

Would not even vote one star if I could. I am having to pay tracked return charges to send over £100 order back to Pursue Fitness due to the items being not as described. The sage green is not sage green, it is grey and the lilac colour is not lilac, it is pink. Upon contacting the customer service to hopefully resolve this matter they told me that in the T&Cs the items may be 'minor' differences. The items were also see-through not good quality at all as described. The fact they have to put this in there T&Cs in the first place is ridiculous. First time ordering from this brand and it is safe to say that I will not be ordering from this brand again and I would never recommend this brand to anyone.

Appalling customer service and bad products.

The womens leggings are incredible! I’ve never worn anything like it. Thick and substantial but breathable and feather light to wear. Great look. Great feel. Don’t roll down when you exercise. Just outstanding.

This company never sent my item, I chased them and they blamed me. They took my money an said it was my fault.

Great service, outstanding product I’ve received, the best material in Fitness wear. My only place to go for gym clothing. Thank you Pursue Fitness.

Ordered a top on the 6th of December, delivery said 2-3 working days, still no sign of my top. Sparadic responses from customer service who blame the postal strike, but they are unable to tell me where the order is. I will not be using this company again

My first purchase after a while to be honest I was super excited you’ll are amazing the material, the quality it’s so good!!!! I’m so happy with the product and the colors are exactly the same moreover it fits good ?? I Must say about the delivery as well right on time.
